Enjoy this all trimester safe cardio & strength focused workout with Coach Larie! This 40 minute program is for all levels. We're going to work through a strength and cardio training circuit to increase total body and cardiovascular strength to prep for labor and reduce aches and pains during your pregnancy! You will be standing throughout this whole workout, no getting on the floor and its dumbbells only!
