Enjoy this All Trimester safe Bumpcamp workout with Coach Nancy! This 28 minute workout is for all fitness levels. We are focusing on strength intervals in with running/cardio intervals.
If you can not run, jog or power walk you can sub it out with our floor cardio option demo'ed in this workout.
You will need the following equipment:
-Medium to Heavy Dumbbells
-Light to Medium Dumbbells
