Squat (4:1) 20 reps x 4 sets
Walking Lunge 16 (8/8) xx 4 sets
Curl to OH Press 12 reps x 4 sets
Elevated Deadlift (or kickstand) 10 reps x 4 sets
Tricep OH Extensions 12 reps x 4 sets
Band Bridges 25 reps x 4 sets
