Complete the following;

DB Bstance Thrusts x 10-12 Reps
Billateral Hip Thrust x AMRAP
3 Rounds
DB Standing Shoulder Press x 10-12 Reps
2 Rounds (4 total with different sides)
Complete both on the Right before going to the left
Extra range straight Ley hip abductions x 20 Reps
Clam shells x 15 Reps
Elevated clam shells x 10 Reps
