Enjoy this 2TM safe Show & Go Strength and Cardio workout with Coach Nancy! This 35 minute program is for all levels. We are focusing on your total body strength while mixing in cardio during your 2TM of pregnancy!
You will need the following equipment:
- Medium to Heavy Dumbbells
- Workout Bench
Workout: Complete 5-6 rounds of the following;
-Min 1: Reverse Row (30/30)
-Min 2: Bridge to Pullover (on bench)
-Min 3; Pushup to Reach
-Min 4: Squat to Bicep Curl
-Min 5: DB Swings/Burpees
-Min 6: Rest
