    This Lower Body Focus + Core Workout is 31 minutes using the following equipment:

    - One Light to Medium Dumbbell
    - Mat

    Episode 2

    This All Trimester Total Body Workout is 28 minutes. You will need the following equipment;

    -Loop Resistance Band
    -Light to Medium DB's
    -Exercise Bench/Chair

  • Total Body Strength Workout 03

    Episode 3

    This All Trimesters Total Body Strength Workout is 30 minutes and requires the following equipment:

    -Light Dumbbells
    -Medium Dumbells
    -Exercise Band (Optional)
    -Bench
