    If you can not run, jog or power walk you can sub it out with our floor cardio option demo'ed in this workout.

    Welcome to Bumpcamp! This workout is 28 minutes. You can plug in whatever cardio you want; elliptical, treadmill, rower, Power Walk, jump rope - you pick your poison! Enjoy your workout!

  • Bump Camp Workout 3

    Episode 3

    This is an All Trimester Bumpcamp, for all trimesters and all fitness levels. You can either walk or run outside, do body weigth floor cardio in place, or any cardio equipment you have available.

    -Light to Medium Dumbbells
    -Medium to Heavy Dumbbells

  • Bump Camp Workout 4 (Core + Cardio)

    This All Trimester Core & Cardio BumpCamp is 28 minutes. You will need the following equipment;

    -Small Ball
    -Hip Circle

  • Bump Camp Workout 6 (Legs & Butt)

    This Bump Camp is a Legs & Butt Focus Workout. You will need the following equipment;

    - Mat
    - Bench
    - Set of Medium to Heavy Dumbbells

    This All Trimester Bumpcamp Workout is 33 minutes. You will neeed the following equipment;

    - 2 Medium/Light Dumbbells
    - Exercise Bench
    - Resistance Band

  • Bump Camp Workout 8 (Total Body)

    Episode 8

    This all trimesters workout is 29 minutes and requires the following equipment:

    -Light-Medium Dumbbells
    -Medium-Heavy Dumbbells

    Hi Mamas! This is your All Trimester Safe Bump Camp Workout with Coach Jesse!

    You will need a bench
    Set of Medium dumbbells

    This is your strength and spin bike bumpcamp workout with Coach Jesse!
    If you don't have spin bike you can use any piece of cardio equipment or go for a run!
