-Bench Thoracic Release x 2 min
-Foam Roller Chest Release x 90 sec
-Foam Roller Angels x 90 sec
-Kneeling Band Pulls/External Rotation x 2 min
-Table Top Reverse Fly x 1 Min (on each side)
