Workout:
1. Hip Thrust: 4 sets x AMRAP
2. Bench Press: 3 sets x 10 reps
3. Elevated RDL: 4 sets x 10 Reps (each leg)
4. Chin Up: 3 sets x AMRAP
5. DB Squat with pulse: 3 sets x 30 reps
6. Elevated Glute Bridge with Hip Abduction: (3 reps of each) 3 min
